today is the first day that we go yc again...
the five of us...
the hardest thing that we went to yc is decide where to yc
this is always our problem
although few of us like very unhappy
but finally everything was settle down just in a few minutes
i really enjoyed the gathering very much
i always miss the time that we gather together to chat nonsense and laugh loudly
although just a short time but i will always remembered it...

today is HG

as usual, my gengs took dinner together before going to HG

today's HG is quite different from the HG that prepared by previous HG coordinator

HG for this time do not consider fun and also do not consider not fun

everything start with ice breaker then come up with worship

i guess after worship is message

but what i guess is wrong

after worship is playing games by using our brain

the first game is cutting a piece of paper in circle and around seven can stand in it

my best friends are pit ling,jared,kelven and david...
all of you really help me lots
i appreciate it lots
i can say loudly that if i do not appreciate things that all of you did for me
then i really stupid
you all treat me really good
until i cannot do anything except saying thanks
i cannot remember how five of us can be super best friends
what i can remembered is we meet together less than 6 months...
is very hard for others to become best friends in few months
but we can
this shows that God really put us together
i will always remember four of you

this is what i learned in the previous higher ground which are the factors that influence team motivation....

1.purpose
-a clear purpose,focus or mission being in line with everyone's needs

-the level of difficulty,a periodic stimulation in the form of a worthy challenge

-addressing the human needs,frequent praising of each others' contributions,mutual support
and understand them

4.Responsibility
-responsibility and authority to maintain motivation over longer periods of time,can be
demotivating if the consequences of error or failure are too great

5.growth
-moving forward,learning new concepts,adding to their skill base and stretching their minds

6.leadership
-a good leader can be a catalyst in the short term but the best leaders create the conditions
for theteam to motivate itself,understanding their team members have needs

hospitality
hospitality is the virtue of caring and sharing.when you have a room in your heart for others,you will find room is your house too...
nowadays people live in an advance world
people travel in planes or drive stay in four or five star hotels
we are in communication by hand phones
everyone in expected to look after herself or himself.
we do not need hospitality anymore or do we??
there is lots of blessings that will be given to us if we practice hospitality

we live in much modernity today,the danger of life and death through travelling are almost negligible.Hospitality today should not be confused with the physical needs of shelter ,food and water.The life and death matters of modern society are more than spiritual today
people nowadays need the bread of truth,the life of water and the shelter of Gods love.

The word hospitality comes from the word "hospice" (a place of healing for the soul)
therefore,when we put aside our personnel agenda,set aside our time and take a cup of coffee or tea and listen to the struggles of a brother or sister who going through hard time.

so,
start doing hospitality...
because what you need is just a heart that cares and the generously that shares...

before i start to write anything,i just want to wish happy birthday to pit ling,one of my super best friend

like usual,my friends and i went out for yc after church
we went to east coast mall to celebrate pit ling's birthday
we ate at pizza hut
we order five pizza
and only four of us are going to finished all the pizza
can u imagine how hungry are we???
hehez....
we almost used one hour to finished all the pizza....
wow.....
really take time...
but all of us really enjoy it
jared is the one who eat the most
but luckily he is there to help us to finish most of the pizza
if not reali waste...
today really happy and fun
hope this day will be remembered

finally going back to kuantan,my hometown
actually i quite scare
i scare i will miss the bus again
everytime when i going back to kuantan,i sure will miss the bus
this time,
i when out 1 1/2 hours earlier to make sure that there is no more mistake again
my bus will start moving at 12.45pm,then i leave my house with my friend by 10.30am
then,
we just went to bus station
but my friend brought me to the wrong station
fortunately we leave the house earlier
if not for sure not enough time to went to correct station
althought at first going to the wrong station but finally still can reach home
