PrAyEr bEfOr3 ExamInatIoN

since nOw is exam period,
it is also my first time taking exam in college
just pray that i could get better results
i also want to pray for all my friends
hope they will also get better results

Lord,grant to us a quiet heart
before examinations start
Teach us to use our leisure hours
to reinvigorate my powers

Our mind from daydreams liberate
give us the will to concentrate
from all distractions set us free
that in our studies we may be

a student with this sole intent
to make out work a sacrament
from our faint heart in love expel
all failure fears that therein dwell

And from our pillow drive away
all dark forebodings of the day
Help us in faith to rest so deep
that we may have untroubled sleep

While notes and lectures we prepared
may we not lose our zest for prayer
And may we not forget to look
for daily guidance in Thy Book

so may examinations find
each student alert in heart and mind
Thus,inward joy and peace possessing
exam will prove a source of blessing

just hope all of my friends got good results
